Perisher Valley Hotel
The Perisher Valley Hotel is an iconic hotel in a prime location at the Perisher Ski Resort, and the restaurant and bar, along with many of the hotel rooms, offer great views up the slopes. The PVH is ideal for couples or small groups, and it is very family friendly.
Where is the Perisher Valley Hotel?
The Perisher Valley Hotel sits at the base of Front Valley of Perisher Valley at the
Perisher Ski Resort. This is the heart of Perisher and the hotel is adjacent to the Perisher Centre where many of the ski resort facilities and services are located such as snowsports school, equipment hire, and eateries. Right in front of the hotel is the kids’ ski school novice area.
The Perisher Valley Hotel enjoys ski-in ski-out convenience. From the hotel you can ski down to the 8-pack chair lift. To get back to the hotel, you can ski-in off-piste or ride down Front Valley and skoot around the base of the kids’ ski area and take a few steps up to the door of the ski/snowboard storage room.
See the
travel to Perisher page for information on getting to Perisher Valley. Your best bet is to park your car for free at Bullocks Flat to catch the SkiTube to Perisher. From the SkiTube Terminal it’s about 250 metres walk to the hotel, and a porter can take your luggage (this is not necessarily available during the fringes of the season).
The hotel has very very limited overnight parking available, which is charged at a substantial nightly rate. If you’ve pre-booked a parking spot, a porter can transport you and your luggage to the hotel (also not available in the latter part of the season).

Dinner sometimes consists of a buffet, whilst generally the restaurant offers an a la carte menu of gourmet meals that utilise local produce.
The bar is adjacent to the restaurant, and you can relax in one of the armchairs to sip on your cocktail. On Saturday nights you’ll have a front row seat to watch the night skiing and fireworks.
