Disentis Ski Lessons & Guiding

Whether exploring terrain from the upper lifts at Disentis ski resort or discovering the secrets stashes on the Gemsstock in Andermatt or ski touring from Oberalppass, a quality instructor or guide can make finding the best powder in the complex alpine environment easier, safer & more fun.

At Disentis, the upper T-bars act as the conduit for ski touring & freeriders to access the plethora of high alpine ridges, glaciers & valleys beyond the resort boundary. The valley descents in Val Strem (into Sedrun) plus Vals Gronda, Pintga & Segnas (which descend back into Disentis & S.Catrina) can provide 1600m of vertical in one run (longer than off the Gemsstock in Andermatt!). Most are best done with a guide (initially at least!).

Finding the best powder in the complex alpine terrain is more certain with a local ski instructor of guide. If in doubt about your skills, get an off-piste ski or snowboard lesson. Check out the listings below to find a great local ski instructor or mountain guide for your visit to Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis (ASD).
