Salt Lake City. The ski resort is 25 minutes from Ogden, about 4 km from the small town of Eden.

Snowbasin a close second. All the major
Utah ski resorts are within a 2 hour drive.
Getting To Wolf Mountain/Nordic Valley
By air: Salt Lake City is a major airline hub, so flights into the city are numerous.
By car: A car is the best way to access Nordic Valley. Car rentals are available at the Salt Lake City International Airport or in
Salt Lake City itself. From Salt Lake City take the 1-15 north and exit to Ogden. Get onto Hwy 39 (12th St/Ogden Canyon) and travel east through the canyon (careful – it can get slippery in the mornings and evenings). At the Pine view Dam turn left on Route 158. After about 4.5miles you’ll come to 4 way stop near a supermarket and service station. Turn left at the 4 way stop and travel approx 2 miles west. Turn left at the first yield sign (there is supposed to be a resort sign here, but it was facing the wrong way when I visited!). You’ll clearly see the ski area now. One more left turn at a T intersection and you’ll see the car park on the right.
By Public Bus:
You're dreaming! There is no public bus access.
Private transportation:
There are various private companies offering shuttle transportation from SLC and Ogden to Nordic Valley.
Getting Around
The base lodge and car parks are located at the base of the lifts so getting around is easy.
