We have done this at ASD and the process wortks fine, but takes time, so do it the day before you plan to ski.
The train that connects Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis, the Matterhorn-Gotthard Bahn, is not included in the Epic Pass. Epic Pass holders can get a train pass for a heavily discounted rate for ASD. To get the discounted rate, train access must be purchased at the time of the lift pass issuance at the ASD ticket window.
