The Mountain Ventures instructor/guides all have formal instructor qualifications relevant to the various levels of skiers and boarders they will be coaching.
Mountain Ventures Booking Terms & Conditions
Deposit and Full Payment
- Deposit is AUD $1,000 to secure your spot on the tour
- Payment of deposit is required within 7 days from invoice or your spot is considered cancelled
- The remaining balance is due 60 days before trip departure
- Failure to pay balance will result in loss of deposit
- All payments are to made in Australian dollars
- Payments can be made by EFT (direct bank account deposit)
Cancellation Policy
- 60 days or more from trip departure - loss of deposit
- 45 - 59 days from trip departure - 50% of tour cost
- 21 - 44 days from trip departure - 75% of tour cost
- 0 - 20 days from trip departure - 100% of tour cost
Cancellation by MV
MV reserves the right to cancel any program due to weather, route conditions or lack of numbers (tour requires min 4 guests to operate) to make up a tour. If a tour is cancelled before commencing, a full refund will be given; however, MV is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred in preparing for the program (i.e., airline tickets, equipment purchase or rental, hotel reservations).
Travel Insurance
It is a requirement by MV that all participants have the appropriate travel insurance. You can
